Terms of Use

Service Status: Pilot (Testing) Phase

Welcome to FindMyMeds.ng. By accessing our website or using our WhatsApp-based API service (the "Service") or other services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Testing Phase

FindMyMeds.ng is currently in a Pilot Testing Phase. * Operational Status: All services, including pharmacy matching, inventory lookups, and delivery integrations, are not yet fully operational.

  • Illustrative Content: Any illustrations, pharmacy names, medication prices, or stock availability currently displayed on this website or within the demo WhatsApp interface are for design and demonstrative purposes only. They do not represent real-time data or a guarantee of service.

  • Limited Liability: During this pilot phase, FindMyMeds provides the service on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without notice.

Nature of Our Service

FindMyMeds is a technology intermediary that facilitates the discovery of pharmaceutical inventory in Lagos, Nigeria.

  • Not a Pharmacy: FindMyMeds is not a licensed pharmacy, medical provider, or wholesale distributor. We do not stock, sell, dispense, or handle any medications.

  • No Medical Advice: We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only.

Professional Responsibility & Prescriptions

FindMyMeds plays no role in the prescribing, clinical validation, or dispensing of medication.

  • Pharmacy Duty of Care: The responsibility for verifying the authenticity of a prescription, checking for drug interactions, and counseling the patient rests solely with the licensed pharmacy fulfilling the request.

  • Mandatory Verification: Users must present a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner to the partner pharmacy at the point of pickup or delivery, as required by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).

Pricing and Transparency

FindMyMeds is a tool for accessibility, not price-warfare.

  • Direct Disclosure: We do not promote or broadcast price competition among pharmacies. Medication prices are only revealed when a user makes a direct, private inquiry through the Service.

  • Price Accuracy: Prices are provided by third-party pharmacies. While we strive for accuracy, FindMyMeds does not guarantee that these prices are identical to in-store "walk-in" rates and are subject to change without notice.

Data Processing, Cookies & Analytics

We handle your information in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to track user behavior and improve our service.

  • Anonymization: Data collected for analytics is anonymized to protect your identity.

  • WhatsApp Privacy: By using our WhatsApp-based service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed to facilitate the connection between you and your chosen pharmacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention.

Eligibility and User Conduct

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not use FindMyMeds to source controlled substances without a legal prescription, nor may you use bots, crawlers, or automated scripts to "scrape" data from our platform for commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

FindMyMeds acts strictly as a connector.

  • We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of medications provided by partner pharmacies, nor for any adverse reactions or dispensing errors.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses incurred via third-party delivery partners.

  • You agree to indemnify FindMyMeds.ng against any claims resulting from your provision of false prescription information or misuse of the platform.
